[WriteLog] Icom 706MKIIG

See the "overrides" section in the [Rigs] section of the 
Writelog help files. The information is about half way 
down the section. 
You will need to give the Icom 706mkIIg CI-V address e.g., 
 Icom IC-706=0x58 
used in your rig (58h is the default).
