[WriteLog] FMRE Serial Number Pre-Fill

Everything exactly the same here Ed. Also when checking parameter setup the 
box sez no parameter setup needed.
Also did you notice that 009 was highlighted like a callsign. This caused me 
a couple of backups to correct the call also.
