[WriteLog] NA CW no entry window - Fixed

Never mind - operator error. Looks like I never selected a contest.
Just setting up for NA CW this weekend. Running 10.77 with Win 7.
All looks good except the entry window isn't there. Instead of showing
Seq Call Name QTH - all that is there is SEQ with a blinking cursor.
NA CW from last year opens OK with the full entry window.
I've tried closing all other windows in WL, recovering window layout, no
help.
Any ideas?
