[WriteLog] VHF CONTESTING , FREQUENCY DISPLAY

I operate Writelog during VHF/UHF contests, and at one time I knew
the procedure to display the higher frequencies, when we are using
transverters and and IF rig. I forgot how to do this, and I looked in
the help section and manual and can not find out how to set up the log
to display frequencies such as 1296, etc. when using the 28 Mhz if
