[WriteLog] CTY Frustration

Ah Ha! I was wondering why the E7 didn't come up. I got the newest country
version and assumed that it was all ok. No big problem of course, it was
only a phone contest. I guess that I'll have to add it before Thanksgiving
and a real contest! (Just kidding, just kidding!!)

Worked CQWW with Writelog. Before the contest I ran Files/Web Update Data 
Files, but neglected to run REACTY32.exe.
So, during the contest I got zero points and no multipliers for E7/DK6XZ and
4U1WRC which weren't recognized.
I went to K9JY's site but he hasn't updated the 'after contest' section of 
his most appreciated notes.
So, this morning I went in and ran REACTY.exe but the CTY file (wl_cty.dat) 
still doesn't have E7 in the Bosnia record, and 4U1WRC isn't included under 
4U1 (?).
What is the after contest procedure for correcting this? Would like some 
help before I go in and screw up a log with over 1000 Q's in it.
I'm using Writelog 10.54C and the update date for data files is October 24, 
2007.
