[WriteLog] Problems with WriteLog installation

Hi,
I just purchased WriteLog and got my email containing my registration
code. Trying to install WriteLog I had an error saying that the
registration code had expired or was invalid. I typed my callsign in
all CAPS and copied and pasted the registration code directly. Still
got the same failure message. I have tried installation with antivirus
on and off with the same failure messages. Any suggestions?
