[WriteLog] 10.62h upgrade

Did you download current MSI installer from microsoft???

details.aspx?FamilyID=889482FC-5F56-4A38-B838-DE776FD4138C&displaylang=en
3.1 is for XP service pack 2
3.0 is for XP service pack 1
Make sure either way you read and select the correct MSI Installer
