[WriteLog] Packet Spots window. Help!!

Hi All,
I unable to get the Packet spots window to work I have check the 
window on the window tab.
It will not work on the bandmap either for spot off telnet. I'm using 
Version 10.63h.
I have checked the ini file also. By all indications it should be work 
but does not.
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
