[WriteLog] Message buffer question (CW)

I am setting up my log file for the CQWW CW test (yes, that's what I do 
during the phone test, hi) and in my buffers from last year I noticed my 
F4 buffer was as follows:
*%b%bW2UP*
My Alzheimers must be kicking in, as I have no idea why the %b's are 
there. The help file also includes them in this way, but doesn't 
explain it, other than to say you can put a dupe message in between them.
