[WriteLog] Latest Upgrade to 10.59

I bought and installed the latest full version of Writelog in February 06.
This was 10.58E. I skipped the intermediate upgrade beta but last week
downloaded and tried to install the latest upgrade. When I do so I get an
error window saying "severe-V10 is not installed on this machine." Can
anyone suggest what the problem is and how to cure it?
