OK, found the problem. Something was wrong with the new log I started for
the CQWW 160M contest. In addition to the Show Multipliers window being
grayed out so was the Parameter Setup window and some others. Started over
from scratch with a new contest file and now all seems fine again. Not sure
what happened!
