[WriteLog] Telnet connectivity problem

I have just set up 10.56C on a new laptop, and it works aok with radio 
control and cw keying. This laptop also has Internet connectivity aok. However, 
in WL, I am unable to connect to a Telnet site - k1tt.berkshire.net - and get 
a "Connection Failed. Retry?" msg. 
 
Any suggestions about what I need to do to connect to a Telnet site?
