[WriteLog] Re the OK Cabrillo

I haven't processed my log yet, but I looked ahead and I see that the 
Cabrillo generation option is NOT grayed out in my WL version 
10.60G. Don't know what version of the contest module I am using.
Don't remember what file type I submitted last year.
