[WriteLog] PA qso Party v10.60 crash

I've used WL for several years in PAQSO with few problems. Thought I'd 
get a jump on this years contest by running a few dummy QSO's in v 10.60 
instead of waiting till October to see if all is well.
When I start a new contest "PA QSO Party in state" the window opens to 
choose your county for dupe sheet. The box that should contain the list of 
67 PA counties to choose from is blank and I can't creat a dupe sheet or 
close this window. If I alt-tab to the Writelog window that is open 
behind the dupe sheet window and close the program, it crashes with a 
"Writelog mfc application" error and something about writel32.
Windows xp home service pack 2. Can anyone else reproduce this problem, or 
is it mine alone.
