[WriteLog] RTTY M/M and Cabrillo

I don't get it. In M/S and M/2, the "which transmitter" flag makes 
sure you don't violate the 10-minute rule on either transmitter.
There is no 10 minute rule in M/M class (duh). Why would they need 
this information?
