[WriteLog] Writelog - 10.52F - DVK PTT

While I am at it - -
Does this command: PttDuringVoiceRecord=1 when put in the Config section
of WriteLog.ini
assert PTT on the parallel port or only on serial? I use ONLY parallel as
I need it for the DXDoubler SO2R box.
If Parallel - what else does one need to assert PTT for DVK? I know my
interface is fine as PTT works just great for TR.
