 Support UVK-200/VK-64 keyers
 UK DX Cabrillo update
 Fix problems with TCP/IP networking having more than 2 workstations.
 RSGBC debug message removed.
 Fixed bug where Winkey speed pot change did not survive F key.
 Fixed bug configuring "right"rig rotator port..
 Added [Ports] NaDvkHpSplitOnPin9.. Set this non-zero and the Headphone
Split 
 menu entries control pin 9 on the LPT port IF it is set for the NA dvk
setting.
 Updated ILQP and OHQP modules.. OHQP now supports Rover as a new entry..
