[WriteLog] Writelog Update

I recently registered and paid for the maintenance program for my Nov, 2003, version to update it to receive some of Ron's new features. When trying to download the latest upgrade, I now get and error message from the netsetup.pnt.exe window that says "error 1058 cannot bind to DSDM service". As a result, my upgrade won't download. Any idea of what might be going on here?
