[WriteLog] F keys send wav file only once

Some added findings - I'm using a PC soundcard
The first time I press F4 the message plays, the second time I press F4 no 
message plays but the CAT light on the MP stops blinking.

Glad I didn't wait til Friday to test this
Running Writelog 10.50D under XP SP2
Start Writelog - do Setup - Ports - Wave file locate. F4 (my call) and F2 
(report) work, but only once. Press either again and nothing happens. If I 
repeat the Wave file locate they will work again, but only once. I am doing 
a save configuration after the wave file locate.
Any ideas? Won't be many QSO's this way
