[WriteLog] Web update issue

Re: the web update. If I hit the download button the window populates 
with the required files and when I hit OK Writelog asks me for a restart. 
The problem is the files themselves never get downloaded. I'm using the 
normal high speed internet through a LinkSys router and my system is fully 
functional with security tools that I fully understand and are not in any 
way interfering with Writelog. Any suggestions? MTU value perhaps?
