[WriteLog] Shifted F-Key SSB Messages Not Working

I checked the Tools/Keyboard Shortcuts and everything looks OK, but Shift + 
F keys won't play the .wav files. The regular (non-Shifted) SSB message 
files play fine.
No need for on-the-fly recording here so I'm a bit stumped.
Tnx for any insight(s).
