[WriteLog] Win2000 Question

Hi Jim,
I am running Win2000 on all my computers. And the KAM is operating ok
with WriteLog. 
The only problem I have - and there is no difference to Win98 -
sometimes the KAM doesn't initialize at the first time. Then I have to
try it several times by chosing the mode and/or the port.
