Only that the "DE" is not necessary. If I print "WI8W" I know who you
are. The "DE" is redundant and potentially confusing in a contest which
uses state abbreviations. If the "MI" gets wiped out by QRM/QRN but the
"DE" prints ok, you can guess what might happen.
