Here are the fixes and list of features:
1. Fix editor for transverter offsets.
2. Make free form entry work for CA QSO party in state.
3. Make IOTA Cabrillo output format match the published.
4. Cabrillo output can be automatically emailed.
5. Create Trusted QSL output for Logbook of the World. Special support for
 rovers is possible in the modules, but not all such modules are updated
yet.
6. N9OH modules are now part of WriteLog. New in the update New Jersey QSO
party
 and EPA QRP TAC Sprint. GAQP, HELV, and TACS have been updated.
7. Cabrillo output for JARTS
8. Fix Sound board mixer control for boards that have separate level
 controls for "echo mic" from input into recording.
9. The Pegasus radio type now supports the latest Pegasus control software
 on multiple COMM ports simultaneously.
10. Make the RC2800 and DCU-1 rotator settings honor the documented 1 stop
 bit setting (was at two).
11. Cabrillo output for CAQP.
12. Support multiple sound boards on one computer where Windows has the wave
 input, wave output, and mixer's scrambled.
