Were you able to do this with the demonstration version of Goldwave,
or did you have to buy it?

 Hi Gang,
 Here is the result of my computer speech odyssey.
 Ended up using Goldwave editor. Created a complete file .WAV file:
 A,B,C,1,2,3, etc., file using Windows recorder and edited each
 character out with Goldwave. Sounds pretty good.
