[WriteLog] cut numbers

If you want leading zeros sent as T's just add this 
to your writelog.ini file:
[Cut-Numbers]
0=t
1=わ1
2=わ2
3=わ3
4=わ4
5=わ5
6=わ6
7=わ7
8=わ8
9=わ9
