[WriteLog] networking XP <---> XP

Hi,
I am not able so setup networking with 2 XP machines. The network setup program does not seem to work correclty, but reports success. It says it created WLOGNET successfully, but it did not as a followed "net share" shows:
 C:\ham\Programs>NetSetupNT.exe
 The requested service has already been started.

 WLOGNET share added
 WLOGPKT share added
 C:\ham\Programs>net share

 The command completed successfully.
I am trying not to use NETBUI, but TCP/IP. Everything is setup as in the instructions.
Ideas?
