[WriteLog] Writelog Reinstall Help

I mistakenly deleted Writelog form my computer running Windows XP. I have a 
copy on CD, but when I try and reinstall or run Writelog, I get a message 
that Rig Control is not available. 
I have tried downloading the latest update, but have the same results. The 
download finishes within a few seconds after starting. Very quick for its 
size.
Any help proved will be appreciated.
