[WriteLog] Help w/Cabrillo File

I had lots and lots of WL crashes this past weekend. It seemed that 
every time I tried to 'save configuration' the program crashed and 
trashed my Witelog.ini file.
Spent lots of time re-creating the original file. UGH! I'm hoping it 
was a Win98SE problem.
Now I have another problem.
When I try and make a cabrillo file, the drop-down windows are 
blank. Can't fill in the fields.
What now?
