[WriteLog] Texas QSO Party multiplers > 100

WriteLog (v.10.32E) breaks when the number of multipliers (Texas counties)
gets larger than 100 for out of state competitors. I get a question mark
in the M field and the ML field displays as 10 instead of 100. Also the
county gets wiped out. It appears as if the ML field is set to only be
2 digits long instead of 3 digits. Help please. Can I change the size of
the ML field?
