[WriteLog] FT1000MkV - no PTT via COM port

Hello,
I can't get my FT1000MkV to be commanded for PTT via
the CAT's COM port. Everything else works great, just
not this.
My FT847 works fine on a 2nd COM port, including PTT
via the CAT port.
I'm running version V10.35F, but I don't *think* this
worked in the V10.31 I used all last season either.
