[WriteLog] Update 10.36G, MP CW Reverse

Hi,
It is not only fixes... I was happy to find that now CW Reverse is
supported for the FT-1000MP.
You donエt even have to do anything in the set up. The program will select
CW/USB or CW/LSB depending on which was last used on the MP. A very elegant
solution. Thanks Wayne.
