[WriteLog] CW keying still doesn't work

Well, thanks to Ron, KA9ALS, I've now learned to turn on the LPT/COM RTS 
setting. Now the interface keys continuously again. This time I haven't 
reversed the emitter and collector, so I'm not sure what's going on. Will 
ponder that at lunch.
