[WriteLog] Upgrade

Thanks for the suggestion George (W1ZT), but I've had 10.27 running on this
PC for a while. I have since tried downloading upgrade 10.30 but I'm still
getting the same message "WriteLog Version 10 is not installed"??
I have version 10.27 in C:ham/programs directory so I think that should be
OK, and I have successfully upgraded to 10.32 on my other PC with everything
in the same directories.
Anyway, hopefully someone will be able to point-out what I'm doing wrong.
