Yes, had some problem many many moons ago... You are missing the
MFC42.DLL file. Should be in your C:\Windows\System subdirectory.

Or the computer has an out of date or defective copy of MFC42.DLL that is 
already in
 use and doesn't recognize the replacement copy.
