[WriteLog] Cabrillo file for IARU

I have one dupe in my log for the IARU contest last weekend, and it is
marked with a red 'D'. It still shows up in the cabrillo file - is that
correct? I thought the cabrillo export would have removed this from my log.
I am assuming that if a dupe shows up in the file, I will lose points as a
penalty. Should I delete this QSO from the cabrillo file, or somehow mark
it as a dupe in the file?
