Yes, it is ... and you don't have to have a contest to move
toward developing the skill. I'll set one rig on a local AM
talk or a SW radio station, while tuning around wit the other
and keep asking myself "what did they just say?" ... it DOES
take some time, but just like other skills comes over time.
