[WriteLog] VFO B 2nd bandmap?

Barry, You got me. You are right.
Made me pull out my manual and read instead of relying on memory. There are 
commands to set both vfos and to step them, as well as the split command. 
Also it does appear that there is a version of the Status Update command 
that returns both vfos.
Now if that could only be used.
