[WriteLog] Submitting JARTS log - need info on "dupe check file"?

JARTS rules say:
Any entry making more than 200 QSOs must submit duplicate check file.
I don't see anything in my Writelog files that gives me a dupe check file 
this directly. How did you guys do this?
