If the dead horse hasn't been beaten enough yet...
Windows XP has Internet time synchronization built-in. Double-click on the 
time in the task bar and select the "Internet Time" tab. You can choose 
one of two time servers. The default is to synchronize once a week. There 
is some registry setting you can edit to change this, but I don't recall 
what it is or where I read this.
