[WriteLog] Changing Screen Configurations

I has been pointed out to me that what is requested is
a screen layout that is operator-specific rather than
PC-specific. 
I can't think of any easy way to do that in 10.26, but
I think I could add a feature that would accomplish it. 
If you had .WL file that had the appropriate screen 
layout, then a menu command that read the .WL file
and restored only the screen layout should do the
trick. Does that make sense?
