I'm confused, is that strictly a Windows ME problem? I have 98 and I've always had the same problem. I have to keep the rig off until boot-up is through. Or is mine caused by something else?. Anyway I'll keep my eyes on the Reflector for a fix if there is one. Thanks for bringing it up.
