I certainly can't speak for the group but I completely agree with Jim. I would much prefer to see information on WriteLog here rather than chest pounding on how well you did in a contest. If everybody posted scores for every contest where they used WriteLog, this would become one of the most useless reflectors on the web. 73, Dave, W0VX -----Original Message----- From: owner-writelog@contesting.com [mailto:owner-writelog@contesting.com]On Behalf Of Doug Faunt N6TQS +1-510-655-8604 Sent: Sunday, July 22, 2001 7:17 AM To: jjreisert@alum.mit.edu Cc: rtty@contesting.com; Writelog@contesting.com Subject: [WriteLog] Re: [RTTY] Re: NAQP SCORE From: "Jim Reisert AD1C" <jjreisert@alum.mit.edu> Date: 2001年7月22日 07:50:08 -0400 Please remember to post your scores to 3830@contesting.com, rather than the RTTY or Writelog reflectors. Let's be smart how we use the reflectors! Is this really the feeling of the majority of the group? I'm really interested in reading the RTTY contest scores and soapboxes, but the 3830 reflector has all sorts of contest info that I find mostly boring. I get enough junk email as it is. 73, doug -- WWW: http://www.writelog.com/ Submissions: writelog@contesting.com Administrative requests: writelog-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-writelog@contesting.com -- WWW: http://www.writelog.com/ Submissions: writelog@contesting.com Administrative requests: writelog-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-writelog@contesting.com
