[WriteLog] WL DVK and FT1000 monitor

Here's an odd one:
I have my sound baord output giong into the Phone Patch jack on 
the back of the FT1000D. This jack is in parallel with the mic jack 
on the front (unplugged for the contest). When I use VOX, the 
MONI function works fine, so I can hear the bufffer in my 
headphones. When using PTT, the Monitor doesn't work.
I know this isn't exactly a WL issue, but wonder if any other Yaesu 
users noticed this? I prefer to use PTT w/a footswtich rather than 
VOX...
