Unfortunately it's not. The TARA 'tests include name as well as QTH.
Ended up having trouble with the rig and only got 15 contacts before I
decided not to possibly fry an otherwise fine transceiver. Oh well!
How about a real contest config for the oldest PSK31 contest?
