ARTADE2DB originally reports the structures and functions of 1,489 novel Arabidopsis thaliana gene models as well as 16,102 gene models corresponding with known genes. The gene models are predicted on the basis of our improved co-expression analysis of tiling array probes with 55 sets of whole-genome tiling arrays. Gene function predictions are performed with the over-representative analysis based on co-expression analyses of the gene models. The database also provides the inferred functions of 98% of functionally unknown TAIR genes.
