→ northguineahills : I've been put in byzantine phone & email labyrinths trying to figure out when to go to court for "trespassing" on July 4th when everyone went on the roof to watch the fireworks (some peeps were shooting roman candles, so was everyone else in the hood). Now, my summons, was rendered illegible (being a carbon copy) after I folded it in my wallet. No one knows when my court date is supposed to occur, so, I'm taking a half day next week to go to court to figure this out.

→ northguineahills : Can't risk having a warrant for my arrest over a 75ドル trespassing charge. Even though there was a wooden deck w/ bbqs on the roof, and I was invited. I was informed that landlords need permits to allow residents rooftop access. It was just a stop and frisk. They ran us 5's driver's licenses , that they handcuffed (out of 70 that was on the roof), as a stop-and-frisk.

→ steve : that stinks ngh. i guess it happens to everyone sometimes and you just have to deal with it as best you can. one time i got pulled over and had to have my car towed and impounded on the spot, then spend almost an entire day in court weeks later, entirely due to some ridiculous error in the police database.
