To install from that location
```
pip install -e 'git+https://github.com/midonet/midonet/#egg=python-midonetclient&subdirectory=python-midonetclient'
```
To install a specific version
```
pip install -e 'git+https://github.com/midonet/midonet/@stable/v5.0.0#egg=python-midonetclient&subdirectory=python-midonetclient'
```
