Detailed Description

The D4D_SCROOLL_BAR object creates a simple scroll bar that provides standard features:

Variable position and size
Horizontal and vertical orientation
Runtime selectable maximum, minimum, step, and page parameters
Disable/Enable capability
Standard keys control
OnChange callback function to simplify the user application with old and new position
pOnUsrMsg pointer to the on-user message callback function
