I have a question regarding the use of commas in a list of songs. Does the comma fall inside or outside the quotation marks? In other words, which of the two examples, below, is correct -- #1 or #2?

#1 My favorite Led Zeppelin songs are "Stairway to Heaven," "Black Dog," and "Moby Dick."
or
#2 My favorite Led Zeppelin songs are "Stairway to Heaven", "Black Dog", and "Moby Dick".
It rather depends on whether you live in the US or in the UK (apologies to other English-speaking countries).
In the US the tendency is to put the quotation marks after a comma, while in the UK the normal practice is to put them before (except in reproducing speech, where they usually come after a comma).

You can, of course, avoid this problem by using italics instead.
Hmm, that's interesting. Never thought about that.
Anyone else?

If you're using itals for the album titles, you do need quotes for the songs. In the US, the commas go inside the quotes. That's if you want to follow the rules. I assume you do, or you wouldn't have asked. :) And welcome!
Yes, I would distinguish between the album and the songs, so I agree with you on italics for the album title, and quotation marks for song titles. (I don't like the suggestion of capitalising all the letters - they look too chunky. I suppose in more 'creative' situations, it would be possible to highlight song titles by setting them in a different colour or even a different font.)

As Parla noted, in US style, you should write:
My favorite Led Zeppelin songs are "Stairway to Heaven," "Black Dog," and "Moby Dick."

In UK (Australian, etc.) style, you should keep punctuation outside the quotation marks (inverted commas). The comma before 'and' is also usually omitted.
My favourite Led Zeppelin songs are ‘Stairway to Heaven’, ‘Black Dog’ and ‘Moby Dick’.
